OUR HOUSE is a fully licensed and insured residential design-build firm specializing in high quality residential renovations and additions. Our integrated design and construction services result in seamless, architecturally refined, and well-crafted projects.

Together, your design-build team coordinates all aspects of design and construction, from quality and cost of materials and labor to timely completion of your project. In many cases design and construction functions can overlap and with this integration of design and construction your project is finished faster.

Our House integrates the design and build process and manages your construction project from the pre-construction planning and design, product selection and provision through the construction until you are satisfied with the end result. Services include general contracting; home additions and interior spaces; exterior renovations and decks; kitchen design and remodeling; bathroom design and remodeling; product selection and provision including cabinetry; countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, doors and windows; and more.
