We had not had our oven cleaned in years, so, I'm sure it was quite dirty over that time. We contacted 1 other company, left a message and never got a response. We contacted this one, were given a date, and we did not even have to be home, (which we weren't). It was a seamless experience, and we won't wait as long to get our oven cleaned again!

Guys did great in overall, with some little exceptions. For example when they missed few spots in my oven, but then again in the end when I saw the bill, I was more than amazed.
