Oxbow Rum Distillery is a fifth-generation, family-owned operation rooted in the rich oxbow soils of Louisiana, where sugarcane has been grown and milled since 1859. With a fully vertically integrated model—growing, milling, and distilling all on their estate—Oxbow produces premium American rum from raw ingredients like fresh-pressed cane juice and Grade A molasses. Their portfolio includes small batch white rum, barrel-aged straight rum, and their signature "Rhum Louisiane," an agricole-style rum distilled from fresh cane juice. With no added sugar, flavors, or colorings, Oxbow takes a "cane to glass" approach that emphasizes transparency, terroir, and craftsmanship.
