The customer also has the right to know what the repairs and services will cost prior to the work being performed. There are a lot of variables that are outside the repair shop’s control when working on older higher mileage vehicles. We try to communicate these variables to our customers up front as well as give the customer a report on the overall condition of the vehicle so that they can make an informed decision about investing in vehicle service. Trust is the main ingredient for a good business/customer relationship.
