About us

The Home is administered by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, following the mission and guidelines of their foundress Mother Angeline McCrory. The fabric of the Carmelite Mission is woven throughout the facility which is bound together by the strength and guidance of Mother Angeline. The home is named for Frederic Ozanam, a17th century lawyer and philosopher known for his charitable works such as the founding of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Mother Angeline McCrory, Founder, Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm.
Many of the families have commented that in our Carmelite administered Homes "the difference is love" and this has been adopted as our slogan. The mission of Ozanam Hall, and of the Carmelite Sisters, is to provide holistic care in an atmosphere of Christian understanding and faith. The Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, are women of the Church inspired by Mother Mary Angeline Teresa, to respond with faith, courage and love to the healing ministry.
