About us
Pacific Pain Medicine Consultants was originally established in North San Diego in 1984 and opened the first single specialty surgical center for pain in California. The practice has been a leader in advancing the specialty of pain management at the county and state level and has served as a comprehensive training site for many young physicians entering the specialty. Pacific Pain Medicine has provided educational conferences, state of the art clinical research, advanced treatments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
