I hired Palmetto to clean out my mothers estate. My mother was a collector and her house was full of stuff. Palmetto was easy to work with and finished the job quickly. They took items to auction without taking a commission and the money went to the estate. I would definitely hire Palmetto again.

Wonderful experience! I had some horrible tenants who let animals run free in the house. The animals were not house trained and left stains everywhere. The tenants trashed the house. PCS was able to clean the house, with no power or water, got the trash (and odor) out, and I was able to get a new tenant the following week

Exceptional company! I met with the owner, Mike, a few hours after I called. My mother fell in her house and needed downsizing assistance. Mike's team completed the entire job in 2 days for 1/3 of the cost of 2 other bids. I am very impressed and highly recommend them

Great company! I hired them to clean out my dad's estate. They took out all of the trash from the house and yard. They gave me an inventory to give to the court. They even helped me sell everything! Then they cleaned the house so i could sell it! I definitely recommend them!
