About us

Pampa Regional Medical Center is a 25-bed, not-for-profit critical access hospital serving approximately 65,000 residents in the Texas Panhandle. As a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while continuously improving access to essential health services.

Founded in 1950, PRMC is accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Health Care and employs more than 275 full-time and part-time staff members. Our hospital is deeply rooted in the community and remains focused on meeting the evolving healthcare needs of our patients.

In collaboration with over 30 area physicians, PRMC provides a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services. These include surgical care, primary and urgent care, orthopedics, pain management, interventional cardiology, emergency services, women’s health, extended care, rehabilitation, wound care, allergy testing and treatment, and occupational health services.
