Hired owner Mr. Richard Troupe to build small decorative wall. He required 50% deposit to get started. Paid him $1425, he never showed up and does not answer phone calls, texts or emails. This was 3 months ago.

Hired owner Mr. Troupe to build small decorative wall. He required 50% deposit before he would start. Paid him $1425, he cashed the check and that was the last I saw of him. That was 3 months ago. He no longer responds to emails, texts or phone calls.
