About us
Dr. Sriv is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). He did his medical school from All India Institute of Medical Sciences and residency in Inyernal Medicine from University of New York at Buffalo in 2000 . He followed that with training in Cardiology at University of Florida at Jacksonville, FL in 2001.
Dr. Sriv has practiced medicine in West TN since 2001. He was instrumental in establishing Primary care clinics with collaborative care delivery models with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. He has active staff privileges with West Tennessee Healthcare - Dyersburg Hospital .
