About us
We are a food trailer that serves deep-fried spiral-cut whole potato on a skewer, with various toppings: carne asada, bacon, nacho cheese, Hot Cheetos, ketchup, Tapatio, etc. We also serve fried quesadillas made with handmade tortillas. Quesadillas are stuffed with fresh lettuce, queso cotija, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
