I had called Dr McGinn's office about a medical question about the GRS surgery she did on me in 2008. It took her
5 WEEKS just to return a phone call. After the 3rd week waiting for a return call I made up my mind to FIRE her for not responding. She FINALLY called after 5 WEEKS , after I had to send her an e mail that I'm still waiting for a call.
I said you make all patients wait 5 WEEKS to return a call?
Asked her why it took so long to return my call about a medical question, she didn't give me an answer. She was
ARROGANT and RUDE during the call and then I said thats why I don't want to have ANYTHING to do with her.
