Yuraima Sanchez is a Venezuela native, resident of Florida since 2009. She received a Bachelor in Business Administration at The University “Bicentenaria de Aragua” in 1998 and a Management specialization at Unitec -Valencia in 2004. For 20 years worked for international companies as Finance and Accounting Manager and as Independent Advisor for Anglo-American PLC for 10 years. In 2009 Yuraima moved to Florida where she started a real estate carrier, her service is focused on Residential, Commercial and Business Brokerage transactions where Yuraima is a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and Mentor, her activities also included Real Estate instructor at Tampa Real Estate School, a bespoke consultancy and providing buyer and seller with a full suite of personalized relocation services in matching lifestyle needs and interest with properties. Assist local and international investors in the entire purchase and sales process, since select the property in a strategic location, to negotiate the best prices and contract condition, provides its customers comparative market analysis of prices and financial analysis as a tool to make decisions. Assists clients with special financing programs for the local and internationals investors. Yuraima as member of GTR Greater Tampa Realtors, National Association of Realtor, member of BBF- Business Broker of Florida and member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in the Country, works to provide the highest level of professional and knowledgeable advice to considering selling or acquiring a luxury home or condominium.
