I got an annual maintenance and cleaning on my furnace and the tech came out and made sure everything was running the it needed to and even changed my filter. He checked EVERYTHING on my furnace to make sure it was working properly and none of the parts needed to be replaced. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they were very polite and knowledgeable.

The tech,Scott, arrived on Sunday morning 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. After asking questions about my furnace he spent a short time troubleshooting and told me a motor failed, quoted the repair price, and could have my furnace working in a half hour or so. Scott came back 45 minutes later, the house was warming up, I was then able to get on with my day. Super job, I would recommend Paragon to anyone.
