Conveniently located as an extension of the Parc Lafayette development, the property is walking distance to boutiques, eateries, and entertainment. Not to be confused with need-based care, the community will be a place where those over 55 can downsize and stay in Acadiana without having to resort to traditional senior housing. ​If one member of your household is 55 or older, you're eligible to live at Parc Gardens.
