About us
Park Place I offers spacious one bedroom homes, including units that are handicap accessible. Each kitchen is equipped with major appliances and bathrooms are easily accessible with a sit-down style shower. Rent includes heat, water, electricity and garbage collection. Medical expenses are used in determining rent at this property. This unique community consists of two buildings each with 24 one-bedroom apartment homes.
