Park Village is a 55 Plus manufactured housing community with 127 home sites located in Mt. Vernon, Washington in the far northwestern corner of the state. The city is 48 miles north of Seattle, 60 miles south of Vancouver, and just 8 miles east of the Pacific Coast.
