Parkchester Funeral Home in Parkchester, Bronx is very unprofessional. We went to arrange a funeral with them and paid in full and we agreed on a specific room that they offered to us according to our needs, only to find out the next day that they gave the room to another family and they didn't even have the courtesy to let us know in advance to make different arrangements, and they yet have the nerve to suggest to push the funeral for a different day. so disrespectful and unconsidered. Very disappointing.
