Never rent from this company! They are very dishonest. The house I rented had major issues with water and sewage leaks and instead of fixing them in a timely fashion, they just put dehumidifiers and fans in the room! After months it is still having problems (the walls are molding now!) so I have inquired again about the repairs and ended up getting a phone call from Debbie Parrish. She screamed at me. Told me that she was sick of dealing with me and that I was lying about the severity of the problems! Other renters have told me that they have had similar experiences. People just randomly show up at your house, unannounced. And there have been at least 3 times that they have entered my house without even asking or notifying me that they intended to do so. All the way around, this business is lacking in pride in their company, integrity, empathy, honesty, respect, customer service and, communication skills.

Do NOT rent from them! It is not worth the headaches. Nobody deserves to be...
