Hi. I am glad you reached out. My name is Pat Engler-Parish and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker available via telehealth. My job is to honor your story and help you make changes to feel and live better. I may be the right therapist for you if you are struggling with managing anxiety, worry, feelings of hopelessness, grief, unhealed trauma, or concerns about issues related to a health condition such as cancer or dementia, or issues around aging, transitions, and loneliness. Exploring feelings around spirituality and faith might also be areas of concern.
