I visited Pat Grimes, Inc. to obtain a breathing apparatus for the treatment of a sleeping disorder. Because of a disagreement over the arranged time, I was publicly chastised and humiliated on arrival, and was told to return another day even though there was no legitimate reason why I should have been denied service when I arrived. Management's decision for me to return was indiscriminate and based on groundless claims of principles. Pat Grimes, Inc. did not attempt mutual resolution of this issue. I am no longer a client of Pat Grimes, Inc and would not recommend the company to others because of the company's inability to address customer concerns with respect, courtesy and dignity.
