Patient Care Transport in Los Angeles is not what it says. My aunt has been let down by them ever since sigining up with them. They promise to transport but not on lein as advertise. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you ask for a manager, They give you every excuse in the book, BUT NO NAME.
They give your name & ph# to another person who does not identify themselves and only says they are manager but you dont even know who your talking to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT PROFFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS WITH SIMPLE QUESTIONS. OR EVEN TRANSPORT YOU AS THEY SAY.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY PAY THEM.
THEY BREACH ON THEIR CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
