About us
Patricia Gilliano, PMHNP, joins the Serenity Team from a career in healthcare leadership across the country in acute & behavioral care. She graduated from Gwynedd-Mercy University with her BSN, University of Pennsylvania at Wharton in Nursing & Business, postgraduate work as a PMHNP from Rocky Mountain University in Provo, UT, and completing her DNP in 2024. She is board-certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner through ANCC. She has a passion for healing trauma, mood, and Postpartum Depression, and she also works with many from the events and effects post-pandemic and long haulers, anxiety, and depression. She has a holistic approach grounded in nutrition, sleep, and activity. She authored a book, Frozen Shoulder Survival Guide, dealing with the effects of stress-induced illness as a recovering frozen shoulder practitioner. She does weekly podcasts on wellness of the mind and body on iHeart Radio & Apple Podcasts. Currently, she lives in Vilano Beach with her husband and four dogs. Proud mom of three young men. She enjoys exercise, especially Orange Theory, Gate River Run, and being outdoors.
