Patty Diaz-Hall, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who practices in Mentor, Ohio, at University Hospitals Lake West Mentor Health Center. Her practice focuses on chronic care and preventive medicine, and she has a special interest in women’s health. Dr. Diaz-Hall is passionate about encouraging patients to feel in control of their care and helping them understand their diagnosis, treatment options and impact on overall health. She is also deeply committed to working with patients of all backgrounds and helping to break down language barriers with her Spanish-speaking patients. Dr. Diaz-Hall is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
