Few days earlier my laptop started showing blue screen. Therefore, I tried to IS dept if they could recover my HD data but they were unsuccessful. As a last resort, I sent my HD to PC USA with little hope. He spent about half an hour telling me what I needed to do to get my laptop back into shape. I followed whatever he suggested me to fix my laptop and it was solved. Computer got infected. I didn't want to lose all my school stuff. I thought I removed the virus but then it wouldn’t boot up to windows anymore so I called PC USA and they were able to fix it by the next day and removed a few more infected files without losing my stuff. Good job!
