I've been using Pearson's since Jim bought the business (20 yrs?!) A couple times in that period, I went back to a dealership out of convenience/ proximity to work, and invariably, something wouldn't get fixed right or something would get over-tightened. Now, I just know to stay with Pearson's. They specialize in Hondas and Toyotas, they know them inside out, and I know it's always going to get fixed correctly. DH - Nbpt.
