I had a very bad experience with this company. I have also spoken with two other homeowners who also had bad experiences with them. The gross mismanagement with no accountability is one major complaint. The other issues were very large dollar problems that they refused to take responsibility for and tried to bully the homeowner into absorbing the cost. They are all about the money and don't really care about the homeowner, or what they think of them when it is all over.
We finally fired them after a few months of turmoil in our home with no organization whatsoever. They had a caustic attitude intermixed with nice manipulation in order to stay on the job when they got the sense that you were fed up.
It was a remodeling job that should have been organized and methodical in practice. But we, the homeowners, were subjected to high hourly charges, and mediocre servicing [to very bad servicing at some points], and disrespectful carpenters in our home who did not bother to report any...
