About us
Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, Dr. Pedro S. Oliveira earned his B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge before attending Ross University School of Medicine, where he earned his M.D. in 2011. Dr. Oliveira then traveled to Milwaukee, WI to perform a Neurology Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. After completing his Residency in 2015, Pedro S. Oliveira earned a Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Oliveira joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Neurology Department in the summer of 2016.
Dr. Oliveira is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, and is Board-Certified in Neurology and Epilepsy by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is licensed in the state of Louisiana.
