About us
Dr. Raul "Raulito" Peña of the Peña Eye Institute provides blade-free LASIK laser eye surgery to the Rio Grande Valley. He also performs other refractive surgeries for patients who wish to reduce their dependence on glasses and contact lenses. In addition, Dr. Peña is able to restore clarity to the vision of patients with cataracts through the skilled implantation of intraocular lenses(IOLs).
