The truth about Exton Park: Yes they claim this is a maintenance free neighborhood. That is true - there is never any maintenance done at all. Drive through and look at the mold covering the sidewalks that have never once seen a pressure washer, the shrubs that have not been pruned and are now as tall as trees, the peeling and discolored paint covering the front porch trim. Parking is assigned. Yes that is true as well. But depending on where you live the lines and the numbers are worn off the parking spaces so no one knows whose are whose. Drive through after a rainfall and notice the flooding in the parking areas. How would you like to be assigned a parking space in which you need to walk in 3 inches of water to get out of your car? Trash is included! Yes that is true too. However, the builder refuses to provide a dumpster and insists on everyone sharing just a few trash cans. Which of course fill up quickly and so everyone throws their trash on the ground in a big smelly heap....
