Pepe's Little Napoli in Carmel is a great restaurant in Carmel. In a sea of stuffy and pretentious restaurants, some with horrible service, Pepe's is a breath of fresh air. This little, discrete italian restaurant is just perfect. Excellent food, but even better service. Extremely friendly hostess and wait staff. We spent a good couple of hours here just having a nice early dinner, some wine, dessert, and nice chats with some locals. Highly recommended!
