Hi, we're Perch (previously known as WTA Realty), an apartment-locating and residential sales brokerage based in Austin, Texas. We've been helping Texas residents find their perfect apartment to call home since 1987. We currently serve Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and their surrounding areas with hopes to expand across Texas in the near future. Over the past 36 years, we've opened 8 offices, signed over 230 thousand leases, and currently have 205 apartment-locating experts on our team! We are dedicated to taking the stressing and guessing out of apartment hunting (and maybe making it just a little more fun than it should be.) The best part?
