Hi, we're Perch (previously known as WTA Realty), an apartment-locating and residential sales brokerage based in Austin, Texas. We've been helping Texas residents find their perfect apartment to call home since 1987. We currently serve Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and their surrounding areas with hopes to expand across Texas in the near future.
