Performance Combat MMA provides a complete set of programs that covers all of your fitness and combat sports needs, including: Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, MMA, Sambo and Kids MMA. Group classes run daily Monday - Saturday, with private lessons available by appointment.
