The Performance Psychology Center is the leading sports psychologist in Santa Rosa, CA, and the surrounding areas. The Center provides athletes, coaches, and professionals with therapy, training, and education. Our team comprises licensed mental health professionals with athletic backgrounds and expertise in Sport and Performance Psychology. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and provide Sport Psychology services throughout California. Our mission is to promote well-being and teach core mental skills so our clients can be best when it matters most.
