Performance Without Pain provides sports recovery therapy to help you move and feel better to improve daily performance for everyone because we are all an athlete of life. Martina is a Board Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from The Utah College Of Massage Therapy in 2002 where she learned techniques such as deep tissue, injury recovery, and energy healing.
