PestNow Central Virginia is a veteran-owned and operated local small business offering Pest Control Services throughout the Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Northern Neck areas. All of the partners served in the U.S. military and have lived in central Virginia for many years; several are lifelong or longtime Virginians.
The company launched as a PestNow franchise in 2014, starting with Jeff Huber and his brother, Jacob Huber, and two vehicles. The company has since grown to 26 employees across four locations, including 5 office employees, 18 field technicians, and 3 partners, as well as a fleet of 10 vehicles. Jacob Huber has launched the third PestNow CVA location in the Northern Neck.
One of the hallmarks of PestNow is hands-on, personalized customer service: "When customers call in with a concern, they have direct access to the ownership. There are no gatekeepers," says founder Jeff Huber.
