Today, my dogs faces were not cut and my husband picked them up. I called to ask for the faces and not just the eyes to be cut and the owner was horrible to me! She said it was an employee who rents from her and not her so it was not her mistake. I would have to wait to get the faces trimmed. I explained that she is the owner and I bring 4 dogs to her so she would be losing us as customers. In her arrogance, she replied that she would still be busy without us. So rude and ignorant! If your customer did not get what they paid for, it is your business name and reputation at stake. Do not raise your voice and say we are not valued...make it right! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN! If she treats humans this way....WHAT DOES SHE DO TO INNOCENT DOGS WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING? RUN AWAY! STAY AWAY! Boardman resident here trying to warn others!

I took my cat to the pet spa in boardman on western reserve road to get groomed. He is a beautiful Persian. My husband picked him up and when he came home I noticed that his whiskers had been cut on one side. They were cut very short. The next day I called to ask what happened. The owner said my cat moved and she cut his whiskers by accident. She never told my husband, charged him full price and was not even apologetic when confronted. It is very stressful for cats to have anything done to their whiskers. Needless to say I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets.
