I have never dealt with a company as rude and as unprofessional as this one. They advertise that they are a 24/7 locksmith. We called them, provided them with all the info, and they said someone was on their way to help. After waiting 45 minutes, we called them back and was told no one was available. We were told to call back the following day and were hung up on. When I called back, I was treated rudely and called explicit names by their telephone operator, David and hung up again. I waited a few days and called back during normal working hours. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he wasn't available. I asked for the manager's information, which was denied and I was hung up on again. Don't use this place if you want to get left stranded and cursed at. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life!
