These are 3rd party guys they send out and I actually saw the guy put his maroon shirt on in the car after he pulled up. They were advertising a special on hardwood floor cleaning specialist to specifically know how to clean my hardwoods. These particular hardwoods are supposed to be left dull and not have any polish on them. Well he applied paste wax which is the one thing you don't do! I called immediately after he finished and his buffer machine left a thick gray wax all over my baseboard trim

We have a used RV and when we purchased it, you could always smell dog in there. We had TG's come out and they did a very nice job and the smell is now gone. Would have rated them higher but the price was a little steep. Would use them again if I had a major problem like the smell, but probably won't for just normal cleaning services.

Yuck! DONT SHOP HERE! This place smells on the inside, its always too hot in the warmer months because the owner doesnt use the AC and speaking of the owner, he is a swindling little roach who sells cheap, worthless rugs at inflated prices. This place is the pits!

We had a bleach stain in our carpet. During our estimate, the cleaner told us it'd be easy to dye the stain after our cleaning; he even took a sample of the carpet fiber for reference. Between the estimate and cleaning, I called AT LEAST TWICE to remind him/his company about the dye. Each time, I was told he didn't have it yet, but it'd be no problem.

First, the cleaner (NOT the comapny) called me directly the morning of the cleaning to see if he could come sooner (10AM instead of 2PM). When he couldn't reach me (and didn't leave a message), he proceeded to NOT SHOW UP or call again. When I called (after he missed the appointment), he said he couldn't make it until 7 PM, and that HE COULDN'T GET THE DYE.

Then, he didn't end up coming until THE NEXT DAY. When he arrived, he said he COULD get the dye, but he'd have to come back 3 DAYS LATER to dye it. We called & called over the 3 days to check on the status of the dye, but he stopped answering our calls. When we called the parent company, they didn't answer the phone. We gave up on the dye.

PLUS, our carpet cleaning was less than stellar. There were still stains visible in the carpet
