Phase 4 Contracting LLC is named for the fact that most subdivisions in our area over the last 30 years were typically built in 3 phases over a period of time. Naturally, roofs, siding, and windows do not last forever, so Phase 4 was the next stage for homeowners who wanted to preserve and protect their investment into the future. Phase 4 Contracting LLC utilizes a quality program built on feedback from our customers. We rate our performance not on how good a job we think we've done, but how good a job our customers tell us. Learning what our customers think gives us the opportunity to build on our successes and improve our shortcomings. We also practice standard "Quality in Construction" methods that ensure our work is done right, within budget, and free of defects the first time, leaving customers with no surprises at the end.
