He began his career at 19 by flipping his first property while serving in the U.S. military and has remained deeply involved in the industry ever since. As the founder of SanClementeAgent.com, Philip’s decades-long connection to the area gives clients real insight into the market, the lifestyle, and the community.

His background includes founding and operating a private money lending firm and mortgage company for more than a decade, as well as building a national, tech-driven insurance business that was successfully acquired through a private equity-backed merger. His experience in finance, business, and technology allows him to approach real estate with precision, creativity, and a strategic mindset.
