About us
Pho Lang Thang began like many restaurants do, people missing food from their youth, brothers Bao and Duy Nguyen, along with friend David Le, wanted to bring pho, banh mi, bun and other classic Vietnamese staples to the Cincinnati area, just as the city’s culinary renaissance was beginning to take off.
They set up shop in a cozy corner space in the heart of Over-the-Rhine’s historic Findlay Market. Here they found a quick audience, routinely overflowing the tiny space, gaining new fans weekly, and even appearing on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. Eventually PLT outgrew the space and relocated around the corner to Race Street.
