My name is Maxima and I’m 74 years old. I’ve been suffering from chronic pain in my ankle for the past 18 months. The pain has been preventing me from playing competitive tennis, something I love to do.

A friend of mine introduced me to Dr. Lipman, and after diagnosing me, he suggested that I do whole body vibration therapy to help resolve the problem. After 3 weeks of vibration therapy, 3 times per week for just 10 minutes each session, I had a significant immediate and long term reduction in the pain, an increase in muscle tone, and much better posture too. I’m very happy with the results so far. I've started to get back into playing some light tennis now and believe that I will be back to playing competitive tennis again very soon.
