Physical Therapy 4U, Inc is a therapist owned, locally based, outpatient Physical Therapy clinic serving the patients of Englewood and the surrounding areas. Our therapists have a combined 60+ years of hands-on clinical experience treating patients with a variety of needs. Our treatment approach is focused on providing the highest level of personalized, hands-on care. We feel that this is evidenced by the number of patients who have referred their friends and family to us. We accept Medicare assignment and supplemental insurance, auto injury clients and private pay clients.
