This place was incredible! I had heard about it, and finally got a chance to make the trip up from Fort Lauderdale. They offer a $5 day pass (compared with $15 at most places). It's all about serious lifting. The people are there to work out. Not a meat market. No silly stuff. Just a great place to workout. I'll be heading up at least once a week to hit the heavy weights you don't get at most gyms.
