With over 26 years of experience in the real estate and banking industries, Kimberly Caudell has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2000 and holds additional licenses in GA, TN, KY and SC. She's also a licensed appraiser since 1998 and became a Mortgage Banker in 2021.
At Pinnacle, Kim is committed to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, working closely with homebuyers to navigate the mortgage process with ease.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling and spending time in her yard at home in Commerce, GA.
