Pinnacle Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is the premier PT center in Bonaire, GA. The idea for Pinnacle PT & Sports Medicine was born in 2007. It was Shane’s vision to create an outpatient physical therapy clinic that served his community with the utmost integrity and respect for each patient. The vision became a reality and opened in March 2018.
