Pittman Psychiatry & Recovery is a private practice specializing in outpatient psychiatry services and addiction treatment to patients in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (DFW), North Texas, and all throughout the state of Texas. The practice is located in Arlington, TX and is led by Dr. Julie Pittman, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist who is board certified in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and obesity medicine. Along with offering individual therapy and family therapy, Dr. Pittman and the team of certified nurse practitioners provide adult psychiatry, adolescent psychiatry, cognitive behavioral therapy, dual diagnosis, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and weight management at their Arlington, TX facility. The practice offers hour-long initial appointments, 30-minute follow-up appointments, and hour-long therapy sessions on an in-person and telemedicine (telepsychiatry) basis.
