A couple nights ago, my external hard drive failed.
Everything...and I mean EVERYTHING (from work documents to my wedding photos to even my son's baby photos) were on there and I had no way of accessing it anywhere. I searched on Google and find PCCRC. It was 9 in the evening, after hours for them, but they took my external hard drive anyway to start the recovery process.
They were very quick to respond and would give us updates on the recovery status every time we'd call or e-mail. In two days, my external hard drive was FULLY recovered all thanks to PLANET CYBER COMPUTER REPAIR CENTER. I can't thank them enough for all of their help!!!
